Product Manager - Enterprise Software and Solutions

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity; the stated range applies to candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define and represent the hirify.global Print enterprise portfolio roadmap across hardware, firmware, cloud, and client platform capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog across hirify.global solutions, partner and ISV solutions, and subscription models.
• Lead transformation of enterprise deployment and manageability to increase software value and reduce support costs.
• Build relationships with third-party developers, ISVs, managed service providers, enterprise customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Align firmware, cloud, engineering, design, marketing, and investment roadmaps.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and use customer and partner insights to guide software strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, a relevant technical role, or a combination of these.
• Experience working with third-party developers and managing modern hardware and software system products.
• Previous experience in the print industry, particularly enterprise solutions and fleet management tools.
• Expertise in agile-at-scale development, product portfolios, data insights, and iterative delivery.
• Experience integrating device and hardware roadmaps with software product requirements and roadmaps, including interconnected devices and cloud technologies.

• Experience design and engineering leadership credibility.
• External analyst or press-facing experience.
