What you will do

• Define and deliver clear product requirements for new hardware and accessories based on customer and partner needs.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, collaborating with industrial design and system engineers.
• Own the internal business case, including market opportunity, value proposition, and financial viability.
• Engage with platform partners to align feature roadmaps and certification requirements.
• Drive global beta testing of pre-production samples and resolve field issues with engineering teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop Go-to-Market content.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Jose, California.
• Proven experience in the Video Collaboration or Unified Communication space.
• 15+ years of experience delivering products for IT teams ranging from SMBs to global enterprises.
• 10+ years in a Product Management role focused on hardware, ideally Android-based or similar embedded systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (<25%).
