Financial Analyst, Equity

Location: Remote

Salary: $68,600–$102,800 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct complex financial analysis supporting equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations for management, senior leadership, and equity holders.
• Maintain equity records, support equity administration, and prepare or review financial statements and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders on equity-related requests.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of contracts and legal and financial concepts relevant to business and equity initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
