Maintenance Technician II

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; onsite at the distribution center

Pay: $34.25 per hour and up, depending on experience

What you will do

• Diagnose equipment failures and perform complex emergency, unscheduled, and preventative repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, production, and facility equipment.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance and service activities.
• Maintain equipment to OEM standards and help minimize downtime affecting service-level agreements.
• Operate forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks, floor sweepers, and other motorized equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment documentation and comply with safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• At least 2 years of electrical repair experience.
• At least 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
• Availability for the Wednesday–Saturday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. second-shift schedule and overtime when required.
