Sr. Manager, FP&A DTC & Wholesale

Location: Onsite in Carlsbad, California, USA

Salary: USD 160,200–190,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing.
• Deliver consolidated channel revenue forecasts, sales flash reporting, variance analysis, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• Build KPI-driven revenue models and analyze marketing efficiency metrics including ACoS, CAC, and LTV.
• Provide financial guidance for investments, business expansion, and real estate decisions through ROI analysis, scenario planning, store proformas, and fleet performance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, QBRs, MBRs, monthly close reviews, and board meetings.
• Improve FP&A tools, ERP/EPM processes, dashboards, reporting accuracy, and team performance while leading FP&A staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including experience leading others.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, and translating complex findings into business insights.
• Strong understanding of DTC KPIs, including CAC, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems, with familiarity with Microsoft Office and BI tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, apparel, or inventory-focused environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, EPM toolsets, and Shopify.
