Branch Banking Client Consultant II-Licensed (Fintech)

Location: East Northport, NY 11731; full-time branch position

Salary: $18.34–$27.68 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Build client relationships, support retention, and deliver education through needs-based conversations.
• Identify client needs and make introductions to Mortgage, Business Banking, and Financial Consultant partners.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Complete moderately complex special projects and help train or mentor colleagues on products and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience; financial services experience is preferred.
• National Mortgage Licensing System registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within the first 90 days.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 or Series 66 licenses required within the specified post-exam periods.
• Ability to train and mentor others and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies.
