Production Operator Manufacturing

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, USA

Salary: $16 per hour, plus eligibility for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10%.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to operational standards and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products, identify defects, and report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain an organized workspace, and participate in safety audits.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Record production output, equipment performance, and material usage.
• Safely load and unload materials, collaborate with colleagues, and support production targets.

Requirements

• Excellent attendance is required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective communication skills and a solid work history.
• Computer literacy and solid math skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-directed, and able to multitask.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow through on responsibilities.
