Production Process Operator I

Location: Onsite in Bozeman, Montana, USA

Salary: $20 per hour base compensation, plus eligibility for an annual 10% bonus opportunity.

hirify.global’ Sterilization and Disinfection Control division manufactures and sells biological and chemical indicators for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries.

What you will do

• Operate, set up, monitor, and perform minor adjustments on basic production machinery under supervision.
• Assist with machine changeovers, material preparation, routine cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Inspect product dimensions, weight, appearance, packaging, labeling, and storage for compliance with specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods, monitor inventory, and coordinate restocking with warehouse staff.
• Record production data, quality checks, material usage, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors while following production and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product quality issues.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, work in a fast-paced team environment, and use basic computer tools for documentation.
• Ability to stand or walk frequently, handle materials or products, operate machinery with manual precision, and bend or crouch as required.
