Finance & Insurance Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Build relationships with customers and employees and help resolve disconnects in the sales process.
• Present finance, insurance, warranty, and service contract options to customers.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, banks, and manufacturer representatives.
• Prepare and submit accurate title paperwork and documentation to secure funding.
• Meet monthly objectives and follow local and national regulations.
• Provide desk support and collaborate with sales management and service advisors.

Requirements

• Current automotive finance experience is required.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and present finance menus.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, and ADP.
• Knowledge of tag and title laws, DMV processes, and subprime finance.
• Ability to work with management, bankers, lenders, and manufacturer representatives.
