CRM Specialist (AI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; work arrangement: on-site

Compensation: $35K–$42K per year

hirify.global is a self-funded, family-founded product company creating an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Manage CRM workflows, segmentation, customer lifecycle automation, and behavioral triggers.
• Work with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms to improve campaign performance.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
• Optimize email templates, A/B test subject lines, improve deliverability, and maintain targeted segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to personalize customer interactions and improve retention.

Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, automation workflows, lead scoring, drip campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization, dynamic content strategies, analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to optimize email deliverability and engagement rates.
• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven marketing environments.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email formatting.
