CRM Specialist (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Salary: $35,000–$42,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
• Use CRM platforms to improve campaign performance and personalize customer interactions.
• Track email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Optimize email templates, test subject lines, improve deliverability, and implement behavioral triggers.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams while ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Experience with A/B testing, lead scoring, drip campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
• Analytical experience with Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and experience optimizing email deliverability and engagement rates.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email formatting.
