What you will do

  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns including paid, email, SEO, and ABM to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Create conversion-focused campaign assets, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify and implement conversion rate improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact integrated programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine messaging and target audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through multi-channel strategies.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and analytical platforms like Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or the tech sector.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of attribution and funnel optimization.
