Customer Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage an established portfolio of business customers as their main point of contact.
• Support customers with account queries and provide high-quality service.
• Understand customer needs and introduce relevant additional products and services.
• Conduct regular customer conversations to strengthen relationships and improve loyalty.
• Work towards sales, retention, and activity targets while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver results.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills.
