Service Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage service business delivery, sales targets, and performance KPIs in the assigned market.
• Update and forecast sales opportunities and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Handle service contracts and processes for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to identify suitable service solutions.
• Develop customer relationships by understanding procurement processes, decision-makers, customer visits, and cold calls.
• Collaborate with front-end sales teams to promote after-sales business and establish effective cooperation mechanisms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in service-related industries, such as customer service or after-sales support.
• Strong customer service mindset, independent problem-solving skills, self-discipline, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented team player who demonstrates integrity and aligns with company values.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good English reading and writing skills required; willingness to travel as needed. University graduation is required.
