Salary: 28,000–35,000 EUR (80% fixed + 20% uncapped variable)

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers in the French market through regular communication and proactive improvement plans.
- Manage customer portfolios, update account information daily, and track account status reports.
- Ensure high-quality onboarding, implementation, and training processes for new clients.
- Provide after-sales support including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management to foster long-term trust.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and development teams to relay client feedback and product updates.
- Conduct regular video meetings with clients to engage and demonstrate relevant product features.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Barcelona, Spain
- Language: French expert speaker and professional English proficiency
- Previous customer-oriented experience, preferably in sales or customer satisfaction roles.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools and portfolio management.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
