Salary: 28,000–35,000 EUR (80% fixed + 20% uncapped variable)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers in the French market through regular communication and proactive improvement plans.
  • Manage customer portfolios, update account information daily, and track account status reports.
  • Ensure high-quality onboarding, implementation, and training processes for new clients.
  • Provide after-sales support including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management to foster long-term trust.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and development teams to relay client feedback and product updates.
  • Conduct regular video meetings with clients to engage and demonstrate relevant product features.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Barcelona, Spain
  • Language: French expert speaker and professional English proficiency
  • Previous customer-oriented experience, preferably in sales or customer satisfaction roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools and portfolio management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
