TL;DR

Special Officer (Strategy/Operations): Driving the CEO’s highest-priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across a financial technology platform with an accent on business analysis, operational execution, and decision-making under ambiguity. Focus on breaking down complex problems, coordinating product and business functions, and delivering measurable outcomes across critical company projects.

Location: Hybrid role based in Malaysia, with at least 3 days per week in the Malaysia office.

What you will do

• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives across the business.
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation through execution and measurable delivery.
• Conduct market, competitive, and business research to support executive decisions.
• Coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, finance, and other functions.
• Build operating processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements.
• Prepare executive materials and support partnerships, investments, fundraising, and other strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Outstanding problem-solving, analytical ability, and business judgment, including decision-making with incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong English communication is required.
• Ability to learn new industries quickly and work effectively across business, product, and operations.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, ownership, and execution focus.
