What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to solve business and product challenges.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Build teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows.
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities.
• Identify operational problems and implement practical improvements.

• Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing challenges.
• Comfort working across multiple business functions and managing competing priorities.
• Strong ownership, execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
