Head of Corporate Strategy

What you will do

• Lead the development, stewardship, and refresh of the corporate strategy and long-range planning agenda.
• Prepare Board papers, market assessments, scenario analyses, strategic narratives, and executive recommendations.
• Design and lead Board Strategy Days, Executive offsites, and strategic planning forums.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders on capital allocation, investment prioritisation, and value creation.
• Shape hirify.global’s enterprise AI ambition, roadmap, investment priorities, and measurable value creation agenda.
• Support corporate development, M&A, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or strategic advisory.
• Experience developing corporate strategy and influencing enterprise-level decisions in complex organisations.
• Experience advising senior executives and preparing materials for Executive Leadership Teams, Boards, or Board Committees.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including capital allocation, business case assessment, scenario analysis, and value creation.
• Experience assessing strategic risks, opportunities, market disruption, and competitive dynamics.
• Experience working across functions and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, with exposure to AI, technology-enabled transformation, or digital business models.

• Experience in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, data, technology, or regulated infrastructure.
