Electrical Project Manager

King & Moffatt Building Services provides mechanical and electrical building services from design and installation through ongoing facility maintenance across construction, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, data centre, healthcare, commercial, energy, and other sectors.

What you will do

• Attend project start-up, site, contractor, and client meetings and track resulting actions.
• Review project specifications and manage technical submittals, RFIs, approvals, progress reports, changes, and variations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials to support on-time project delivery.
• Establish and implement construction and commissioning programmes, including the on-site commissioning plan.
• Manage snag lists, project-specific scheduling, handover activities, and the document management system.
• Communicate innovative project-specific work and R&D requirements to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems.
• Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects and supervising teams.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects in hospital and healthcare environments.
