What you will do

• Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
• Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
• Support data analysis to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Provide production support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in projects that contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
• Junior or senior academic standing.
• Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
