Patient Service Representative - Ancillary Services - Per Diem

Salary: USD 19.62–29.74 per hour; may include an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits.

What you will do

• Provide reception services for the Imaging and Cardiopulmonary departments.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate related administrative workflows.
• Manage and organize medical images.

Requirements

• High school education.
• At least one year of general administrative, clerical, or customer service experience.
• Current medium- to expert-level experience with Microsoft products.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with medical records, insurance verification, pre-authorization, scheduling, or high-volume phone systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification from the National Healthcareer Association.
