Patient Liaison (Per Diem)

Location: On-site at the Redwood City clinic in Redwood City, California, United States; candidates should live within a 45-minute drive. Flexible availability is required for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Salary: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Welcome patients and visitors and provide a professional first impression.
• Complete patient check-in, registration, identity verification, intake support, and checkout.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments and explain post-scan expectations.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and maintain an organized, efficient front desk.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond sensitively to patient concerns.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during clinic operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a medical spa.
• Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
