Deposit Mobilization Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Source and acquire new customers for savings and fixed-deposit products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits.
• Research target market segments and monitor competitor deposit products.
• Educate customers about deposit offerings and promote additional products through cross-selling.
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• OND in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking.
• Strong sales and marketing, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in account management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and basic CRM tools.
• Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage.
