Telesales Representative – Inbound (Fintech)

Location: Accra, Ghana; hybrid schedule

What you will do

• Handle inbound customer upgrade and device requests from verification through product and plan recommendations.
• Identify and convert relevant upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
• Provide device and app support, troubleshoot issues, and improve customer confidence during each interaction.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and multiple tasks while consistently meeting daily targets.

Requirements

• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Exposure to sales or telesales, with the ability to build customer trust quickly over the phone.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and natural empathy.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Accuracy in customer documentation and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
