What you will do

• Lead case intake conversations with attorney clients.
• Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies.
• Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters.
• Oversee client engagements from intake through delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations while maintaining strong attorney-client relationships.
• Identify and resolve challenges while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts highly preferred.
• At least one year of client or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work visa support is not available for this role.
