hirify.global operates a business requiring legal support across contracts, consumer operations, compliance, litigation, and internal business functions.

What you will do

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, referral agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise business stakeholders and internal departments on contractual obligations, legal risk, consumer protection laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the high-volume nationwide consumer litigation docket, including small claims, arbitration, and class actions.
• Investigate consumer claims, respond to subpoenas, and support state and federal agency audits and investigations.
• Develop policies, playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and standard operating procedures to improve Legal team processes.
• Use AI and legal technology, including Legal Tracker, to improve contract review, case management, self-service resources, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law by the bar of at least one U.S. state, with no discipline history.
• 1–3 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting, including contracts, litigation, compliance, regulatory, or general corporate legal support.
• Ability to draft, review, analyze, and independently manage legal documents and matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship or transfer of employment-visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Tracker.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
