Technical Delivery Manager, Government (Canberra)

Location: Canberra, Australia, with hybrid work flexibility; remote candidates may be considered. Availability for handoffs during UK and US hours is expected.

Salary: AUD 130,000–150,000 annual base salary, plus competitive equity for most full-time offers and either a discretionary bonus or variable compensation plan depending on the role.

What you will do

• Support onboarding, user adoption, training, and technical support for new customers and user groups.
• Provide analytical support to help customers optimize their experience and realize mission value.
• Lead customer touchpoints and produce deliverables that connect hirify.global’s solutions to customer missions.
• Manage initial support requests and coordinate the resources needed to resolve issues.
• Synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams and coordinate with implementation engineering on technical delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the public sector.
• Knowledge of international trade, defense, national or economic security, and open or commercial data solutions.
• Experience delivering software tools and frameworks, with the ability to use modern AI tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical contributors and executive audiences.
• Ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions and work effectively across functions.
• Currently hold or be eligible to hold a minimum NV1 Australian Government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of government operations or procurement processes.
• Technical experience with modern AI tools.
