Product Delivery Lead (Data & AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Big Room Planning.
• Translate business problems and user needs into user story maps and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive adaptive planning, capacity management, impediment resolution, and predictable sprint outcomes.
• Lead business solution design, User Acceptance Testing, and go-to-market execution.
• Maintain accountability for release readiness and feature quality before launch.
• Track delivery health through automated dashboards and coordinate cross-functional dependencies across squads and departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex digital or data deliveries.
• Deep practical expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user story maps, managing backlogs, and making value-driven sprint trade-offs.
• Ability to balance Agile delivery with portfolio milestones, financial budgets, and organisational reporting.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills, including bridging business strategy and technical feasibility.
• Experience using Agile metrics for forecasting, risk identification, and proactive problem resolution.

Nice to have

• Dual certifications such as PSM and PMP.
• Experience with SAFe or LeSS.
• Technical background in Data Engineering or AI.
