Finance Trainee (Accounts Payable)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with remote work possibility and in-person presence required from time to time

What you will do

• Support daily accounts payable operations according to agreed priorities and performance measures.
• Check incoming invoices, including address accuracy and other required data.
• Support the invoice scanning process.
• Download invoices from online portals.
• Contribute to building and improving business service centre processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, or Economics through at least July 2027.
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong user-level MS Office skills, especially Excel and MS Outlook.
• Analytical thinking, flexibility, attention to detail, precision, and ability to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role.
