Accounts Receivable Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Galway, Ireland. Hybrid work model with an expectation to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Manage and collect outstanding receivables through customer communications.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and provide the documentation required to secure payment.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, transaction details, payment status, and payment delays.
• Partner with Sales to resolve discrepancies and billing issues.
• Identify and monitor at-risk accounts, provide collection progress updates, and help minimize billing discrepancies.
• Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proactive interest in digital tools and willingness to upskill in AI-powered systems.
• Ability to work onsite at least 50% of the time when located within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.
