Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.

What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end controlling activities for assigned business units and local entities, including full revenue and cost responsibility.
• Coordinate key financial processes such as closing and forecasting, managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables across functions.
• Challenge financial results and assumptions, investigate deviations, and perform detailed analyses.
• Consolidate complex financial information into concise insights and actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Improve controlling processes, reporting standards, and tools while maintaining an end-to-end view of business operations.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using SAP, SQL, and Microsoft Power BI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing and coordinating financial processes such as forecasting and closing.
• Strong business-process understanding and the ability to work with complex organizational structures.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English and a BSc or MSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
