Junior Brokerage Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Process and settle trades accurately while managing reconciliations and exception handling.
• Support transaction reporting, fails management, and best-execution analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools like SQL, Google Sheets, and AI.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and engineering teams to scope and build operational solutions.
• Support ad hoc projects across Settlements, Transfers, Payments, Corporate Actions, and Tax.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London or Budapest.
• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of full-time work experience.
• Strong interest in the brokerage environment and process automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Academic background in business, finance, or economics is a plus.
