Operations Manager

Location: Hackensack, NJ, USA

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily operations and supervise assigned case managers, including performance and customer assignments.
• Attend partner and funding customer meetings and conduct regular staff and leadership meetings.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports, progress reports, and other management documentation.
• Develop and maintain project plans and manage resources to support timely project delivery.
• Ensure assessments, service plans, and career pathway documents meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Director and Project Accountant on budgeting, forecasting, program development, contract management, staff development, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human services, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in TANF programs.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across management and staff levels.
• Commitment to customer-focused service delivery.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of valid automobile insurance required.
