TL;DR
Residential Manager (736100) PRIME SHIFT 3PM - MIDNIGHT (Residential Services): Overseeing residential services, staff documentation, client service plans, safety, incident reporting, and site budgets with an accent on compliance, direct-care operations, and support for individuals with disabilities. Focus on supervising staff, responding to emergencies, managing investigations and claims, and keeping service sites within operational and financial requirements.
Location: San Marcos, Texas, USA; full-time onsite role with a 3 PM–midnight prime shift. Flexible hours and locations may be required, including coverage of direct-care shifts.
Salary: up to USD 56,000 per year

What you will do
- Supervise staff documentation, including progress notes, data sheets, and incident reports.
- Ensure activity schedules and service plans are implemented for people receiving residential services.
- Monitor client rights, audit systems, regulatory compliance, and staff practices.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in investigations involving residents and employees.
- Track labor hours, site expenses, trust fund requests, receipts, and budget compliance.
- Report injuries, support claims management, and train staff on financial and administrative controls.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Experience managing systems, processes, and people, with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services for individuals with acquired brain injuries.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external personnel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, or a high school diploma/GED with three years of equivalent experience in brain injury or residential services for individuals with disabilities.
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence and a satisfactory driving record required.
