Senior Project Planner

King & Moffatt provides mechanical and electrical building services from design and installation through ongoing facilities maintenance across industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, data centre, healthcare, commercial, residential, public, and energy projects.

What you will do

• Create master baseline schedules and project delivery schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Develop integrated programmes covering pre-construction, construction, commissioning, design, procurement, installation, and closeout.
• Integrate trade contractor schedules and communicate project controls information to clients, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage progress reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting regimes, including commissioning metrics.
• Assess programme changes and extension of time claims, including preparation of time impact analyses.
• Mentor and train junior staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an M&E planner on high-end residential or commercial building services projects.
• Previous construction planning experience in mechanical and electrical building services contracting.
• Previous experience using MS Project is essential.
• Strong communication, reporting, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict project timelines.
