What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs and projects across multiple business functions.
• Translate enterprise transformation strategy into delivery roadmaps linked to company objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Apply change management frameworks to reduce resistance, increase adoption, and embed sustainable change across global teams.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between executive leadership, functional teams, and transformation office leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks; escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Define and report on KPIs, metrics, program health, governance, and executive status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in program management, project management, transformation delivery, or a related area.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment and improvements to digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, commercial, and engineering functions.
• Demonstrated organizational change experience and knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, delegation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
