Delivery Lead (AI CRM)

What you will do

• Oversee multiple client engagements and internal implementation projects within the Delivery Assurance portfolio.
• Apply expert knowledge of the hirify.global platform to advise clients and partners on solution approaches, configurations, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, quality, and readiness for go-live.
• Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks across the portfolio.
• Engage with client executives and stakeholders through governance meetings and portfolio-level reporting.
• Collaborate with Delivery Assurance Architects, drive risk mitigation, capture lessons learned, and mentor team members and partners.

Requirements

• Experience in program or portfolio management across multiple projects.
• Ability to conduct high-level solution estimations and guide teams in applying best practices.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication at CxO level.
• Structured thinking, flexibility, and strong result orientation.
• Fluent English required.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
