Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader - H/F (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, authoring domains, and other internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical updates into clear communications, facilitate synchronisation meetings, and resolve conflicts between stakeholder needs and team capacity.
• Monitor external project roadmaps, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and coordinate upstream changes with minimal disruption.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with vendors and subcontractors, monitoring delivery quality, timelines, and contractual commitments.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and steering committees while coordinating information flow between Maintenance & Engineering and Flight Operations teams.
• Own the Business Continuity Plan, including recovery procedures, operational team training, and regular testing and improvement exercises.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, or account management within a technical environment.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage crises efficiently.
• Ability to communicate with technical managers about data and with business leaders about value.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and protecting technical teams from unnecessary disruption.
• Knowledge of the technical data ecosystem is a significant advantage.
