Field Service Technician

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA; travel to retail customer locations in the region required

Pay: $24.15 per hour; paid training

What you will do

• Travel to retail customer locations across the Cedar Rapids region.
• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical components of reverse vending machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace electrical components and repair electrical faults.
• Interact with customers, consumers, and internal departments to resolve equipment issues.
• Work independently with support from the wider service team.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace machine components.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical failures and faults.
• Proficient with laptops and Windows OS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and an excellent safety record.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and frequently push or pull up to 150 lbs.
