What you will do

• Lead operations and supply chain requirements for strategic projects from concept development through implementation.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to define project scope and operating requirements.
• Engage customers, strategic partners, and best-practice businesses to identify practical operating solutions.
• Develop, test, and document process maps, workflows, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Project manage operational implementation, ensuring plant, people, systems, and processes are ready on time.
• Coordinate implementation and ongoing execution while providing updates to the GM Operations and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Strong operations and supply chain experience, ideally in a pooling or similar operational environment.
• Experience with end-to-end operational processes and translating strategic initiatives into practical operating plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and align diverse teams around business objectives.
• Degree in Engineering.
• High energy, commitment, commercial awareness, and maturity focused on delivering business results.
