Senior Print Operations Manager

Location: Sydney, Australia, with campuses in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Flexible choice in where and how to work.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of print partners and suppliers across APAC, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
• Lead partner readiness and onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities.
• Improve operational processes, partner performance, and the scalability of the print partner network.
• Build relationships with external partners and manage operational escalations.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive resolution plans.
• Lead regional planning and cross-functional projects with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Experience in marketplace operations, partner or supplier management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience owning a portfolio, program, business area, partner network, or operational function with substantial autonomy.
• Strong experience managing external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
• Experience scaling partner or supplier networks across multiple markets or operational environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, apply commercial judgement, and connect operational decisions to customer and business impact.
• Clear communication skills and comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in ambiguous situations.
