What you will do

• Drive complex supply chain processes, including import and export operations, for large global business units.
• Execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning to execution, and identify operational issues and their impact.
• Lead cross-functional planning teams and communicate requirements and guidelines across the business.
• Define and use KPIs to improve business operations and convert recommendations into business plans.
• Evaluate and improve processes to maintain compliance with regulations and client guidelines.
• Coordinate reporting, tracking, and leadership meetings while mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and planning, production planning, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, and materials management.
• Experience with process improvement, continuous improvement, data analysis, KPIs, ERP, SAP applications, and lean manufacturing.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• PMP or Certified Professional in Supply Management certification is preferred.
