Logistics Coordinator (Capital Equipment)

What you will do

• Manage the allocation, distribution, delivery, installation, and retrieval of capital equipment, including hospital beds and surgical tables.
• Coordinate capital equipment orders with service technicians, supply planning, third-party warehouses, and freight providers.
• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to provide proactive order updates, resolve inquiries, and support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate stock allocation with planning and fulfillment teams and improve order fulfillment efficiency.
• Manage large installations and related projects when required.
• Analyze data, identify customer experience challenges, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, order fulfillment, or equipment coordination.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
• Competence with logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
