Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote, Spain. Work schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time.

Compensation: Up to $1,200 USD per month.

What you will do

• Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions.
• Screen resumes and perform initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates, disposition unqualified applicants, and maintain accurate candidate progress in SmartRecruiters.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review.
• Communicate with candidates by email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple recruiting teams and support the Recruiting Manager with workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain for this remote role.
• Fluent English and Spanish required for professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations support.
• Ability to screen candidates quickly and accurately, manage multiple priorities, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, scheduling, coordination, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability for Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Previous remote work experience with minimal supervision.
