Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid/remote work

Salary: USD 45,000–55,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried, general labour, and skilled trades vacancies within the remote services division.
• Develop job postings, select sourcing channels, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recruit active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers, Human Resources, and workforce planning stakeholders to plan recruitment and address hard-to-fill roles.
• Prepare and present offer letters, verify wage and start-date details, and coordinate background and D&A testing requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and participate in or lead new-hire orientations.
• Maintain recruitment tracking data and manage candidate workflows in Smart Recruiters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting for industrial or skilled-trades roles across multiple locations.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and building candidate pipelines in tight labour markets.
• Strong professional customer service, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing solutions for recruitment challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.
• Diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field is an asset.
