Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition

Location: Remote from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, or Trinidad and Tobago; U.S. business hours overlap preferred

What you will do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and recruiter interviews, evaluating communication, experience, technical fit, professionalism, and overall quality.
• Manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records and follow-ups.
• Prepare shortlisted candidate packages with resumes, interview notes, salary expectations, and recordings.
• Partner with Account Managers and leadership to clarify client requirements and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Support urgent, fast-moving hiring requirements and collaborate with recruitment and account management teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency, staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience recruiting sales, executive assistant, customer support, marketing, operations, or technical roles.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, organization, and independent ownership skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and manage multiple searches.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting international remote talent or supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRMs.
• Previous staffing or offshore recruitment experience.
