What you will do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Communicate with candidates, provide timely feedback, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare job offers, participate in offer discussions, and maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
• Support onboarding and answer questions related to the transition into employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Zero or more years of experience; willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to change.
