Digital Account Director (Digital Marketing)

Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom; must be based on the Yorkshire patch

Salary: £51,000 per year, plus OTB of £22,000 and a car allowance of £6,000 or £6,800 depending on the car.

What you will do

• Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annualised spend ranging from £8,000 to £70,000.
• Retain, nurture, and grow customer spend through premium and bespoke digital marketing solutions.
• Identify and acquire new digital opportunities by developing advertising programs aligned with client needs and agency spend thresholds.
• Work with the Field Sales Manager and BDM team to generate high-quality referrals and support BDM training and development.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, product, commercial, learning and development, marketing, and finance stakeholders.
• Facilitate training and onboarding while driving best-practice adoption and a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts.
• A strong track record of digital sales performance, including customer growth and high-value acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Strategic, resilient, disciplined, adaptable, and focused on client outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely.
• Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and able to support colleagues and cross-functional teams.
