Account Manager - Consumer (FMCG)

What you will do

• Deliver against a defined sales target within the Consumer sector.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Develop, maintain, and execute strategic account plans, including sales forecasting.
• Manage proposals and create tailored client materials.
• Lead contract and commercial negotiations with support from the Account Director.
• Collaborate with New Business, Client Services, and Product teams on cross-product propositions, including for Financial Services clients.

Requirements

• Experience in Consumer or FMCG, with an understanding of research and data applications in the sector.
• Proven success managing and growing client relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with an interest in business development and growth.
• Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• Experience in a performance-driven environment such as research, media, or marketing agencies.
• Strong key account management and/or subscription sales experience, with the ability to build collaborative solutions and compelling proposals.
