Property Manager

Location: Onsite in Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $85,138–$138,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial building and ensure service obligations are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to tenant needs in accordance with lease obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets and tenant reconciliations.
• Manage service contracts, oversee tenant improvements, and complete property inspections.
• Provide recommendations to improve commercial property management practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of financial reports and actual-versus-budget variance analysis.
• Experience with capital improvement projects.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Construction management experience.
• Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.
• Staff management experience.
